Just wow! I'm blown away by how fun and amazing this cover is! Makeine truly was the dark horse of summer season and touched all of us with its very relatable and sometimes unhinged cast of losing heroines. When I watch shows like Kaguya I found myself deeply enamored with Maki Shijo, a supporting character who very much falls under the definition of a losing heroine, and to have a show dedicated entirely to these unsung heroines and watch them struggle, get back up on their feet and heal, was just oh so lovely to see. That video outro tho! It's super creative and for a moment I thought it was part of the official cover lol. Consider me a new sub and fan of yours and I'm excited to see what you will do next!
