To those struggling with the speed, I recommend using the playback speed to reduce to whatever is more comfortable for you. It seems like 0.5 speed will slow it down to the ACTUAL speed the author was working at, so give that a try. You'll want to turn the volume all the way down though... as the slowed-down music will drive you nuts, and there's no commentary anyway.
