First of all I'm appreciated you all bcoz you are recognised your actual problem. 1) first keep this point in your mind that is ( I'm addicted to mobile yes I have to get out ) tell this point every time by yourself when you get strike in your mind. 2) daily do some targets like as (keep your mobile away from you at least for 30 minutes ) 3)this is most important thing Bcoz it will change your mind set and thinking behaviour in life and gives big positive change also I.e ( don't forget to do 2 point in your daily life) 4) and increase the time of point number 2 as your preferable timing. 5 ) start this process from by avoiding WhatsApp and tiktok. Now a days most of the people are spend their more on these danger apps not only youngsters older people's also. 6) Try to put your concentration on other activities when you feels like playing with your mobile. 7) final thing is that practise daily meditation for few minutes it will change your attitude. Right now Im living my life without opening WhatsApp for 3 to 4 days or more if it demands At that time I'm believe.
