Interview is good. As a private company professional also even though I can work for any company , I still hold some basic principles in life and the companies which donot fall under these principles I never approach them for job. I feel each individual should have some basic principles in life and Prashant Kishore seems to be missing on these principles. He is ready to support and work for any party, irrespective of their background, history or future line of work. This is dangerous as he is into winning the elections by hook or crook, even by creating fake media scenes, issues, narratives...which will fool the gullible electorate of India.

Dear, anyone in Andhra could tell that Jagan would win, the way CBN ruled. But the master stroke that Prashant did for him was soft Hindutva. A kattar Christian was made to go on a temple and Asharam visit and taking a dip to show off he converted to become a Hindu. And now people realize the fraud. The same thing he did with Kejriwal.
This guy is an evil genius. There are no morals. His is just passion to win a challenge, by hook or crook. And that is what adds him to the list of scoundrels....like many other politicians.

I came after the Delhi Elections. He sounds pretty reasonable.
He is a lobbyist who has no allegiances with anyone but except to money. One day he advises Modi, the another day Kejriwal and maybe someday Rahul. The highest bidder gets his consultations.

One of the best interviews I have listened to in recent times. Credit to both of you.. Interviewer - structuring of the interview and questions was excellent. Some quick comebacks like one on tejashwi yadav and amit shah were really great. Interviewee - honesty in his answers without being offensive and ability to walk the really tight rope of divulging and being secretive.. Really inspiring and intriguing personality! I always had a misconception that the political system in India is on worst and nothing can be done. But when I see this interview, I see the hope and above them all a sign as the seed of making the nation as a real superpower. Being an Indian and an entrepreneur, I love him and wish all the success. God bless you. I must tell you, let the government do lead but the only talent people can uplift the society. Lateral entry seems an amazing example of the way it was explained. I think this man is above normal leader and I can predict, he will be the main face in the upcoming future.

Same here.. started around 1:30AM midnight and could not stop... gone past 3:00 AM. Whenever someone speaks from the heart and speak the truth it has power to bind the audience. I have seen that in movies also. A good movie always binds you to the story right from the beginning say around 5 - 10 minutes from the beginning.

It was a very good interview. I've recently started following PK's interviews and I'm beginning to respect his views.
Only complaint from this interview is his exclusive use of "ladke" (boys) whenever he speaks about the youth. I'm not saying he is biased. I'm just indicating that the use of the term "boys" or "men" is not inclusive of other genders who also need to feel included.
Ladke is a slang in up bihar which means people .. its a daily used term.. he doesnt literally means boys here

Thank you Lallantop for a great interview. Prashant Kishore is so right in so many aspects of India and it's democracy. Also it's so refreshing to see that he is talking about attracting young and talented people of India towards politics and policy making. Now the question remains after such understanding why he recommended Priyanka Gandhi to restore Congress and helping Mamata Banarjee in Bengal. Both of these two are in direct contradiction to his belief. I admit I'm not wise enough to understand everything Mahatma Gandhi said or did. But I can try PK and his theory behind these two.
Because above everything else his role was to win the election for the party and you play your role
Looks like PK is the only one using Bhagavad Gita in its full potential. Till now we don't understand PK.
I request lallantop to please make a short clip about Gandhiji reference in the end so that everyone should watch it .It is so eye opening and refreshing to see a young politician speak his mind so freely and effectively.

- Sometimes timeframe should decide your focus (objective): If involved in a battle (short-term): focus on your tasks. If involved in a war (long-term); it is worth thinking about strategy, ecosystem, culture.
- If People feeling unsafe because of your competency, think: what you can do? (don't feel pride in your talents)
- Do have friends and Do focus on tasks. Both things are separate and both have their benefits. And sometimes things may be in conflict!
- Visibility in a crowd has both: pros and cons. Be mindful of both and exploit each.
- Something takes time. And it should take time to get to that position.
- Whenever you meet any person who is in the above position to you (not in material terms/caste/party/family); try to identify what qualities he has that made him a leader in that particular area. Learn from those qualities. (All people have bad qualities in them; and highly visible under the lens of media). Be conscious of your perception of those people and try to focus on learning things that you can apply for that particular context.
- Try to match numbers/books/theory and grass-root understanding.
- Work daily. Do something which is better than existing things. Eventually, your work area will increase its scope then you will get into radar.
- You may make an opinion about things: Good or Bad. But understand that it's a reality and sometimes things are not that bad or good as they are in reality. Don't lose your objectivity.
