Crushed to Form

We cannot dwell in the presence of God, humble ourselves, and worship God if we are not truly broken, destroyed. Often we feel that we are broken, we feel that we are broken, even though we are not. As long as we still enjoy praise, feeling that we have a position, which therefore makes us respected, means that we are not broken, we are not destroyed. And that in the eyes of God is still arrogance. Remember the word of God says, "What is admired by men, is hated by God." Indeed, we cannot refuse people to admire us. But the first to admire us should be close family, because they are the most honest in seeing our condition.
If our family members do not admire us, then something is wrong. It has to be our family and that is the hardest struggle. Because it is impossible for people not to admire us if we wear the character of the Father, the character of the Lord Jesus. But we do not seek that admiration, and do not enjoy that admiration. Our happiness is when people admire us, then glorify the Father in heaven or are directed to the Father in heaven. And that can happen in our lives if we are crushed, destroyed.
So if we truly have the Spirit of God, the character of God, Satan does not like us to be admired by people who bring glory to God. Satan will try to destroy us in every way and any way he can. But that is part of the 'crushing.' In the past we were criticized because we were indeed criticized. In the past we were humiliated because we were still lowly, many mistakes. But after we do not live in mistakes, we live in holiness, not then stop being criticized. Honestly, we try to be good because we do not want to be criticized, because we want to be valuable and we make a lot of efforts, so that we are honorable, if possible admired by people and enjoy admiration or praise, that was before.
Now the more we want to live holy, blameless, and flawless, we are attacked, invaded. But that is precisely an indicator that we are on the right side. So stay calm, because we are being crushed. So if it is not crushed, beaten then rubbed, crushed, heated, sometimes because it is difficult to crush, it is heated first and then crushed. Just as the olive seed is hard. If it is not crushed, it is useless or has little use. It must be crushed so that it can become medicine, or multi-purpose oil. Jesus was crushed on the Mount of Olives. However, Jesus' victory was indeed on the cross.
Honestly, most of us are not yet broken. If we are still offended, do not want others to be stronger or more respected, do not like not being respected or not appreciated, that means we are not yet broken. So in living in society, we must be sensitive and intelligent. Therefore, we ask God to enlighten us, if we are not yet broken, we cannot be in the presence of God, because it means we are still arrogant and God opposes arrogant people. However, God the Father in His greatness accepts us when we are not yet mature; God is tolerant.
But if we are old and still hard, maybe we can't be crushed anymore. So while we can still be crushed, we ask God to crush us. Only if we are crushed, can we be shaped by God according to what God wants. Some of us have been crushed, but not crushed. Not not yet crushed, already crushed, but not crushed. The problem is, if we still can't be crushed, we can be crushed by our own actions. For example, when someone embezzles money and is caught - he is crushed. When he is proven to have committed adultery, that is crushed.
So if we can cast out demons, pray for the sick, heal, don't be arrogant. Because that is not the peak of maturity. But when we live holy, then we can stand firm; we are matured. This is an expensive lesson. But we should not fall. In the rest of our lives, we continue to be lifted up, bringing admiration and praise to God. So remember, we must be willing to be crushed by God and be willing to be formed through that crushing.
