"Barney's Prehistoric Imagination" looks like a real insult to Barney in comparison to "Barney's World". I actually think "Barney's World" looks like a much better reboot. Things changed, yes, but it still looks promising as all hell. I haven't seen it yet, but I feel like I'll like it. 💜💚
I love we got to see some more concept art of what Barney’s House would’ve looked like in its entirety! It looks more like a castle or a mansion in a way! I almost get vibes of a less spooky and more playful Haunted Mansion or Whipstaff Manor.
I have heard about the idea of ABJ spin-offs show a few years back as well as a reboot of Barney as a baby, but barney's prehistoric imagination. It's just really unexpected that I never know that it exists i am baffled and just surprised this literal concept of a show feels like something that can be put on to amazon prime video or nickelodeon or whatever else.
I think Lu & the Bally Bunch (another 9smg preschool show) *is* the ultimate development of the UPA styled prehistoric imagination show after 9story lost its Barney license.
Don’t forget about these spin offs that where talked about The first spin off for BJ was In November 1998, it was announced that BJ was going to have his own animated spin-off series titled BJ and the Radical Rumblebutts which would've been produced by Lyrick Studios and Toronto’s Portfolio Films.[13] The project didn't come to fruition however, scripts were written. And the other BJ Spinoff with baby bop and riff and possibly Barney While the idea of how BJ (alongside Baby Bop and Riff) vanishes into magical sparkles went unexplored on video, it was explored within a penned a treatment titled "Barney's Magic of Music" by Stephen White in 2005. The treatment explains that the little dinos think of the fun they had throughout the day, alongside the fun they'll have tomorrow, while using their imaginations to scurry off.
Even though I loved Barney’s House, I was set on the idea that the kids would play together and imagine Barney coming to life. That’s one of the main reasons as to why I wasn’t a fan of seasons 9-11 (even though he technically came to life in the intro).
@@BarneyMillennium I would imagine that Granny Dino would’ve looked just like Barney with glasses, and a shawl with a few wrinkles. Though I’m getting vibes of this being a Big Bird and Granny Bird situation.
I mean the series actually works in my opinion with only 3 dinosaurs so if any other dinosaurs would be introduced they would probably have to be in the roles of Billy and Baby Bop and would most likely only appear once in a while (think Jill, Carlos, and dot the dragon from the muppet babies reboot)
Do you know if Barney had any licensed food? I’ve been trying to find some (my friend swears that she remembers cookies being around in the 90s) but I’ve mostly come up short!
Branded-food deals with Barney were largely discouraged in the early days, but became more common in the early 2000s and moreso internationally as well
@ that’s what I suspected! Since a lot of the show is about eating healthy, I wondered if they didn’t have any branded snacks for that reason. Also makes sense that they’d drop this in the 2000s haha. That seems to be where the small amount of food that I’ve seen comes from. It’s mostly juices.

Well episodes 1 through 3 all the shorts and exclusive special are on TH-cam (so there's that) but i absolutely agree with you.

I see it as a much tamer version of Pee-Wee's Playhouse.
I wish we got to see the house in its entirety too. I mean at the end or the video Barney said his house has alot more we haven't seen.
I love bringing these back!!!

Maybe if Barney's World introduced more dinos into the show, That'll be possible. And I never knew Barney had a grandma.
Stephen White actually posed that idea years before this😅
@@BarneyMillennium Yeah, I wonder where his granny is. Also, This style reminds me of Nature Cat.

@@christianryan7207 Yeah. Correct.
I may not be a huge 'Barney's World' fan, but at least we didn't get either of the last 2 reboots you mentioned.
Eugh...
WOOOOOO MORE PEAK MILLENNIUM ❤️❤️❤️
NEW Barney millennium, today's going to be a good day.
I like 👍 Barney as he is instead of being age down
3:17 Oh my gosh, What in the world is Barney doing in 9 Story Media Group? Why did he look so different!?
I’m honest surprised he had cancelled reboots
3:17 uhhhh what an I looking at, cause it sure as hell ain’t Barney
@@erikdaniels0n Yeah, But seriously? What did you do to him? What did you do to my friend. What have you done to my pal, Barney.
I Call This, Flapjack’s Prehistoric Ancestor!
@ That’s not even an ancestor. That Barney’s design style look like Nature Cat (TV Series) on PBS Kids.

Great video
Thanks!
i kid u not barney was at my walmart
Ever thought about making a video about the first Barney plush from the Barney and the backyard gang?
Would be a fun idea!
I'm no fan of giant corporations.
Wisecracking video
I agree with Barney's world better
