I've always stuggled with confidence.. but i have realised that the more i grow up,the more i become aware of myself and understand who i am as a person,the more i become confident.
They are things that you could say to me and make me feel small that if you were to say them to me now wouldn't affect me at all.

Hi nyawira love your show I think confidence is belief in your self like you said and arrogance is being reckless with yourself when you have some leverage compared to others, being uptight makes me uneasy but it's the best way I know to keep myself in check.

So, I'm on this journey of building my confidence and like you said, it's the voices in our heads that mostly hinder.
Now i know I'm on the right path because I'm finding myself more attracted to people who are more powerful than i am in every aspect of life, Even those one would consider "wako chini" they have a skill you know nothing about.
Another thing that you mentioned is the readiness to learn, I'm finding myself very curious on what's happening around me and if i know nothing about i ask without shame and the feel of new knowledge is satisfying.

Was born as confident person..but it was killed way back when I was a kid growing...later own having self esteem issues later in life making wrong choices whom you are but before it got later life I started with self love knowing my worthy...and here I'm bounced back... and honestly if feels great to be confident...

Wow this is amazing. I must say for me it's been one really long journey and I'm still working on it coz I'm not quite there yet. I'm a work in progress but so grateful for where I'm at now compared to a few years back.
Next please do a video on how to meet and make new friends. I Just turned 25 last month and I literally don't have Friends and aki it's so hard for me to meet and make new friends. Sometimes I feel like I'm the problem since I'm so introverted and again CONFIDENCE. It's so frustrating

That's an interesting discussion. I agree. I think the way to teach them is to teach them to be aware of who they are. From there, we pray and ask God to make them confident
