One thing Korean have, they take care of a lot of their health, and balance food is a key in their diet. So stay away from bad eating habits and keep as much as possible your Korean eating way.

This is actually a thing, and is very common. Puerto Ricans, Cubans too have african blood and heritage. And many other Latin American countries have that too since almost all were colonized by European and while making slaves out of the native indigenous people from within the country, they (Europeans) came to Latin American countries with african slaves in order to be used along natives to build up the European colonies between many other things. Remember this was in most Latin American countries, but not All.
