Pembrolizumab is an immunotherapy drug used for variety of malignancies. In this video I briefly discuss the history, mechanism of action, common clinical indications, and adverse effects of Pembrolizumab (sold under the brand name Keytruda).

How do you treat infusion reaction when having this immunotherapy?

I've been on Keytruda for several months now and have not seen any side effects reactions as of yet. I have read all the side effects that the drug could cause, so I'm familiar with the majority of them.

You should’ve told us that you were putting non-human antibodies into our body. We had every right to know before you gave it to us which makes me now and a trans human a non-human and not able to go to heaven, you change the person that God had made me and turned me into a trans human, you had no right patience have a right to know if you’re putting nonhuman proteins into their body😭
