Petra has an older service pre-shot routine here (which, note, is prior the 2016 assault that injured her playing hand). She no longer turns the racquet between address and beginning her strike. She was able to pull off a great career in the era of the biggest, hardest hitters (Serena, Sharapova, Vika, Muguruza, Kvitova and others) and this speaks volumes on her greatness, considering how lightweight she was. She also refused to put on weight to gain more power because she said she wanted to remain feminine and elegant. If she had played in the Hingis, Graf era she would have won many Slams and contless Masters.
