i am currently writing a book, and l am gonna make the spino the second main antagonist who is also the only antagonist to be alive after their book in the series and l want the spino to appear in 6 books
I’d wager it’s because nobody can agree how and when it should appear. It’s clear they want to, but some directors want it to be the final dino, or one to appear then be killed by whatever bigger event is happening. Stuck between rehashing or doing an injustice to the character
Unpopular opinion : after that study that showed spino couldnt swim well, the debunking of it being a quadped, AND the private specimen fossil of a spino tooth embedded into an adult charchar vertebrae, makes me think jp3 spino is MORE accurate irl than we think
I think the reason why it hasn’t return because of all the hate that people have with it because it killed the T-Rex in JP3 and nobody wanted to see the dinosaur in another film ever agian But honestly for the new movie coming out next year I really don’t mind if it does return on screen or not I’m not not a Spinosaurus Fan I’m more of a T-Rex and Veloicraptor fan mostly. I can see why people love the spinosaurus because of it’s design and how badass looking it is but I never came to me to actually love and appreciate it but this is just my opinion and what dinosaur is my favorite that I really want to see in the big screen agian
I’d love to see him come back as a hero in an end fight. Say Rexy dies in the end fight (she’s pretty long in the tooth now). Then from the jungle or water, our boy the Spino comes out and decimates the final boss
Idk if this is cannon but in the game JWE2 in chaos theory the spino dies on isla sorna and Dr. Henry takes it for “test” Im guessing it was part of the indom in the JWE2 story
My headcanon of why we didn't see the Spinosaurus in future movie was because it was exclusive to Isla Sorna. Also as to why it hunted the human relentlessly was because the mercenaries killed its young, the guns they had were more than capable of killing a large dinosaur and we hear I think 3 shots go off, as big as the Spinosaurus is they shouldn't have missed so that leaves me to believe they were attacked by smaller ones and the merc who had the injured arm if it was adult thay attack him he wouldn't even have the arm attatched.
one thing T-rex died in Jp3 then people get pissised off then they say keep it away then wanting it back and this got universal pissised and confused so that why.
Reason Spino hasn't shown up is because either it's contract expired or it demanded more pay from the park producers lol all jokes aside thought my theory is that due to human interaction and torture, attempts to capture and possible relocation is difficult due to high intelligence and therefore unable to show on screen. maybe the drawing on Dr Wu's desk is him attempting to create another?
Incase you guys are nervous the spinosaurus isn’t in the movie. I have seen a figure of a new spinosaurus model on the shelves in the JW section. Its sail is corrugated and bent and the colouring is greenish swampish. I think this spino is going to be in the movie.
Imagine if the theory about the T-Rex being 75% larger than previously thought actually combined with Rexy. Now don't get me wrong I LOVE the Spino/JP3 (To this day; better than Dominion), however, Spino and others be like: Spino- 🤬 Giga- 😱 Raptor(s)- 😰 Compies- Ehhh, least we got Stark.

i am currently writing a book, and l am gonna make the spino the second main antagonist who is also the only antagonist to be alive after their book in the series and l want the spino to appear in 6 books
I’d wager it’s because nobody can agree how and when it should appear. It’s clear they want to, but some directors want it to be the final dino, or one to appear then be killed by whatever bigger event is happening. Stuck between rehashing or doing an injustice to the character
meanwhile people who saw camp cretaceous OH MY GOD ITS BACK ITS BACK breaks down in sobbing
Unpopular opinion : after that study that showed spino couldnt swim well, the debunking of it being a quadped, AND the private specimen fossil of a spino tooth embedded into an adult charchar vertebrae, makes me think jp3 spino is MORE accurate irl than we think
And there are also a dozen studies showing the contrary….
@kingol4801 i havnt seen them but sure maybe , its possible
Giganotosaurus, biggest carnivore the world has ever seen
-last words before grabbed 😊
Spino was cool, carried jurassic Park 3 and it deserves to be back
I think the reason why it hasn’t return because of all the hate that people have with it because it killed the T-Rex in JP3 and nobody wanted to see the dinosaur in another film ever agian
But honestly for the new movie coming out next year I really don’t mind if it does return on screen or not I’m not not a Spinosaurus Fan I’m more of a T-Rex and Veloicraptor fan mostly. I can see why people love the spinosaurus because of it’s design and how badass looking it is but I never came to me to actually love and appreciate it but this is just my opinion and what dinosaur is my favorite that I really want to see in the big screen agian
I just realised The spinosaurus is the only antagonist that actually survived
I’d love to see him come back as a hero in an end fight. Say Rexy dies in the end fight (she’s pretty long in the tooth now). Then from the jungle or water, our boy the Spino comes out and decimates the final boss
Dude the live action show would be epic!!
Idk if this is cannon but in the game JWE2 in chaos theory the spino dies on isla sorna and Dr. Henry takes it for “test” Im guessing it was part of the indom in the JWE2 story
I swear if we don't get a spino and Trex vs another indominus rex or another type of hybrid it would be the biggest missed opportunity.
The spinosaurus deserves to return soon
Because when they discovered what it really looked like when more remains were found in the 2010’s. They had egg on their face.
Poor Spino😢 it was abused by humans all it's life before it was set free that's really sad man..
Patiently waiting for Rebirth coming in 6months.
How could we ignore the fact that spino could swim out of the island 😂
someone get this man to the writers asap
It can’t swim in salt water
It appeared in camp craetaceous.
But it looked kinda small in comparison to its movie version.
I'm hoping to see Spino return in the new movie or future movies
Am I the only one that likes the idea of a villain that never died in this Franchise like the spino?
one thing T-rex died in Jp3 then people get pissised off then they say keep it away then wanting it back and this got universal pissised and confused so that why.
It died in JWE2 and became the Spino skeleton at the JW location.
Crazy to think these Things once walked the Earth 😮
It’s my favorite dinosaur 😢
My favorite Dino 😍
Reason Spino hasn't shown up is because either it's contract expired or it demanded more pay from the park producers lol all jokes aside thought my theory is that due to human interaction and torture, attempts to capture and possible relocation is difficult due to high intelligence and therefore unable to show on screen. maybe the drawing on Dr Wu's desk is him attempting to create another?
I think they cant decide who will win, Spino vs Rex round two because both of them is the most favorite and iconic dino
Hopefully the Spinosaurus Comes back in rebirth but with more screen time like in jp3
Now don't get me wrong I LOVE the Spino/JP3 (To this day; better than Dominion), however, Spino and others be like:
Spino- 🤬
Giga- 😱
Raptor(s)- 😰
Compies- Ehhh, least we got Stark.
