Another really quick tip for very early in the game: Take on general repair jobs, examine the car (and use the diagnostic tools when you can afford them). Remove the wheels and replace them with the cheapest ones in the store. Then close the repair job without completing them (nothing negative happens, you just don't get paid). Then sell the rims/tires for a decent profit. This will enable you to ramp up both money and EXP before you have enough EXP to go to the junkyards. Even after this, be careful to fully examine every single car to keep the EXP rising.
One thing I would add is, even you can't repair parts yet, if the car body is missing certain parts, and you can find those parts in the junkyard, you can boost the worth of the car.
True that, but this video really focuses on the quickest way to earn some starting money. Searching for parts would add a lot of time to it, though it would add a nice challenge.
Alright im going to add on to this if you are wanting xp buy the diagnostic tools so you can check parts faster and some you cant get without taking the car apart you can generally get 20 xp from the multimeter compression gauge and odm reader if you really want to speed run levels accept orders run the tests cancel the order and repeat or just do the tests on every order you do
You forget though that most of those test won't work on junkyard cars (the engine can't start, electronics and tires are missing), nor does it earn you extra money. This video is specifically for early game earning and EXP gathering. Using them for the jobs is indeed a good way to get extra EXP of course, but I still recommend buying the carwash and welder first, even if those tester are cheap, because those actually earn you money
After level 5 the monymaking and leveling really slows down. These tips will help you get to the real Car Renovation and Rebuilding a lot faster!
are you kidding?
after level 5 you are rolling in money
Woah..nice car wash and wielder function. Good profit for repairing. Nice one👍
