@@masoncampos7043 If it was just the swap I wouldn't be worried about this thing but I have a few hurdles namely brakes and tires that im still working of figuring out right now. Paint is gonna be a chore as well. I have never painted anything this big before haha. First time fore everything I guess.
@@BurndownI guess mine is a bit more than just a swap too. Really a complete build lol. But you'll get it. As far as painting goes, the one tip I can give you is practice walking the length of the side panel while spraying(side stepping) instead of just as far as your arm can reach. It'll help your overall overlaps and not tiger stripe. Use the gun w hose hooked up and no paint a few times

It they will let me ill run it😁 16.5 would be flying in a winnebago man. I had a friend when I was a kid and his caddy did a flat 17.xx . I think anything under 20 seconds would be cool
Im gong to add some insulation to the bottom of the cover for sure to try to keep that from getting too hot. Im also going to try to make some sort of heat shield for the passenger floor. The engine bay itself tho is a pretty open space really. Im also going to keep the radiator lower too so air can pass over the top of it as wel. I think that will evacuate the tunnel area a bit better also. This is all theory tho so we will see in practice and I will let you all know how it works or not.
Jump on AliExpress and get some 2.5 or 3 inch loud valves. I got a 3.5 from there and it works great. Just make sure you get a boost actuated one and not vacuum. You got some.room.for the trans lines?
I want to do electric cut outs so I can open them at a stop light or in a parking lot whenever I want. Im gonna put exhaust and a loud valve on the Mailroom before Rocky Mountain next year before I go.

Yeah I agree. That is why I left air gaps and room. the floor is plywood so im really not trying to burn this thing up. haha

y pipe them turbo pipes
together and connect the single pipe back into the duals
Its duals all the way back. I am going to connect the pipes up front tho and do a 4 or 5" bullhorn.
