This is not meant for seat height adjustment; it’s for preload. Your ride gets softer and stiffer depending on this.
Yes brother you are absolutely correct but beside getting softer or harder it also loses or gains height which is very much beneficial for short riders like me.😄

Agar bike overheating ki vajah se OFF bhi hori hai to vapas service centre le jao mai be coolent khatam ho gaya ho... vrna koi issue ni hai meri bhi heat hoti hai.

Mera leg length kuch 780mm ke aaspaas hai mereko duke 250 ho jayega na?! Mere dost ke paas yamaha ss125 hai aur uska suspension 8 pe set hai.. usme mereko almost kisi tarah payr pahunch rha.. bann rha chalane ko.. Mereko duke seriously acha lagta hai.. samajh nhi aa rha kya kru main.....
Bro Mera 838 mm hai fir 835 mm Wale bikes Mai problem hoti hai. Seat width v matter karti hai aur inner thighs Mai kitna gap hai woh v matter karta hai. Test ride le lena ek baar.

sorry but that is NOT how to change 'seat height' - you are changing the rear shock preload adjustment, which might change the seat height by a few mm, if at all.
