💬 I wanted to do Too Much Time on My Hands, but there aren’t quite enough studio version reactions out there yet. But there are plenty of Styx classics to cover. “The Making of” is back! I hope you all enjoy this one! I’m feeling the strong urge to do a song I’ve been purposely holding off on because Derek has already done such an amazing video on it. But it’s been over two years since his came out and there are a ton of new reactions to it. There’s no way I’m going to be able to keep this one under wraps and will probably go live very soon! Onto the next! 💜 (GO STEELERS! 😅)
I know it’s not video material, but I wonder if you’ve seen the video where Tommy Shaw teamed up with the Contemporary Youth Orchestra. I really enjoyed their performance if ‘Foolin’ Yourself/Angry Young Man’. Something about seeing young people getting to appreciate this music just makes me happy. It’s one of the main reasons I love your videos and got into reaction videos-seeing people enjoy songs and artists I love just brings joy. I think the other reason is that watching other people hear the music I grew up listening to brings back some of the feelings I had when I first heard it. Love what you do WMOG! ❤❤❤
Take my word for it. Brooks is nearly irrelevant now. Do whatever you like. You can only improve it. Facts are facts. P.S. Glad you're back in business.
I love watching these “reactors” when their eyebrows go WAAY UP at “the drop”… and when I think about hearing this music as a teenager… I/we, who grew up in these times were SOO blessed… 🙏🏻👏👏👏
Yes!! I love watching them react to real talent, instruments, singing without canned beats, and the live shows. I never saw them. They’re still touring. I may have to remedy that situation. 😂
The late 1960s into the 70s AM and FM radio airwaves were FULL of amazing music brought to us by incredible bands. What a great time to be coming up. We could hardly change the channel without finding a GREAT piece of music. We were spoiled.

Styx is a staple in 80’s rock n roll. REO Speedwagon, Triumph, Bad Company, AC/DC, Rush, Ozzy, Scorpions, Pink Floyd and even the Eagles are great bands of that era that just bring back wonderful memories of life back then and how much I appreciate growing up in that time.
I love seeing the expressions on this song from young people. We just took it for granted because the late 60's through the 80's put out the best music. ❤ it's great to see the older classic music being recognized as this type of music doesn't exist anymore.
