    Buy the tarp grommet kit from Harbor Freight with the installation tool for like $4.49 and then buy bulk packs of either terry towels or micro fiber towels and make your own bait/hand towels for cheap!

    Kick ass idea my man. My wading belt sucks and the harbor freight one is a fantastic idea.

    An axe loop and a hiking pole...take the round plastic mud/snow basket off the bottom of the pole...shorten the length of the pole to it's minimum and slide it in the axe loop on your belt...the handle keeps the pole in the axe loop...pull the pole out of the axe loop and readjust to the length you desire for a wading/hiking staff....adjust the axe loop on your belt for ultimate comfort when the staff is in place for fishing in the river...I've been using this system for many years with great success...fairly cheap too compared to expensive wading staffs....you can find the collapsible hiking/walking poles at thrift stores for cheap...

    Awesome idea. I am def gonna build one of these. Thanks for sharing! Harbor freight is definitly a fishing gear hack. I buy Plano type tackle boxes there for like $2.

    The new Bauer Heavy Duty Padded Workbelt that HF now sells is even better .... if you invert it, the D-rings intended for adding suspenders become the perfect attach points for accessories

      Great idea! Maybe I’ll do an updated video to feature this add on. Thank you!

    That’s funny I have a really similar set up I even have the same pliers. and I’ve had them about six or seven years. I will have to look into the padded belt though seems like a good idea along with the rod holder.

    I ignore a wader belt for years and now I want one because of this video. Where can I get the original nylon tool belt in this video?

    • @HolyMolyOutdoors
      @HolyMolyOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      The nylon belt was from harbor freight. I need to look in store to see if still available as the website now only shows a different one.

      @@HolyMolyOutdoors I don't like this one because of the buckle. I rather have the one in this video instead.

      Can completely understand. Might have to see if they still carry it. Amazon may also have an option. I’ll see if I can find one

      @@HolyMolyOutdoors So do you have any update if they still have some or not?

    • @HolyMolyOutdoors
      @HolyMolyOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have not found any locally and the website only has the one with the d rings.
      I did find one on Amazon

      So far for me they have been good. I upgraded to the newer locking model this winter. I like that way more, but testing has been good
