Hi Emma, when asking a question in the present perfect progressive tense do we have to add the preposition "for" at the end of the question, like "how long have you been studying English for ?" because I noticed that when you write down the question on the board you don't add "for" but when you speak you do add the preposition. As you mentioned earlier, it's hard to use this kind of tense when it comes to speaking. It seems so complicating and I always use only simple tenses when I speak.
