@@Leonardo-mf7bm this cpu was on a really good offer, i got it for £15 but for a main gaming pc I'd recommend something newer as this is only 1st gen of Ryzen. So I'd ssy something like a Ryzen 7 5700X3D will be better or if you're on a lower budget then Ryzen 5 5600X. If there's no budget then go for the newest Ryzen 7 9700X
@@Robin-jp1vf it will most likely be a background app or Windows and the game using all of your ram, ive noticed with only 8gb of RAM on Fortnite you can only have the game open for best performance otherwise the game can use a good 5-7GB max then Windows will require atleast 2GB minimum to run OS then anything left over is spare for other apps so I'd check to see if any unnecessary apps are running
@@FPS-ON I only launched Fortnite, turning off all background applications. I ask this question because your computer has a weaker video card but more stable fps
@@Robin-jp1vf ah right well all i did with this system is installed a fresh Windows 11 on a 250gb m.2, did a manual clean gpu driver installation, set all Fortnite settings to lowest (low fidelity mode) and I'm running it on a separate SSD recorded video with shadowplay which only uses 5% - 10% max gpu usage. Also I've only installed the core Fortnite Battle Royale game no addons or extra high quality textures
Recomiendas el ryzen 5 1600 para entrar al espacio gaming, poseo actualmente una i5 6th generacion.

One question, can I play Fortnite with 16GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 960 2GB video card?
@@BillyelCapo yh it's possible but you may need to run it at 1280x720p or 1080p but very low settings
I have rtx2060, ryzen 5 1600, 8gb ram but fps constantly drops from 160 to 50-60. What's the problem?
