It is no doubt the most powerful practices of all and i dont want to miss a single day of it after 1.5 years. I wonder how folks who have done it for longer feels. There is this awareness that you and your mind are separate entities that gets stronger everyday and it is physiological, not just a thought. It can feel like im floating if i just sit and be aware of my breath. SCK is incredible now as my awareness often reach beyond the physical. There is a keener awareness that this physical world isn't all there is, and therefore it becomes easier to deal with upsetting situations. Its like my head has so much prana running and the energy is like gentle ocean waves... But its actually pretty pointless to discuss how it is because in a few days the experience magnifies and draws you deeper into this beyond... The best thing is every practice makes every other practices stronger and deeper, even surya kriya can become more mind blowing each time. I'm in awe of Sadhguru's grace...
I’ve been doing it for about 6 month now. I feel the same, from the day the program ended I had such deep sense of relaxation and internal stillness that I had never experienced before. The sadhana itself is really the definition of intensity and stillness. When I do the sadhana regularly and if I take care of my energy I start to see what Sadhguru meant when he said you can be meditative and do whatever you want, you don’t need to be sitting with eyes closed. Unfortunately I can’t do the sadhana long enough due to time constraints but it’s an amazing process. Forever grateful to the master 🙏
Thank you for sharing as always🙏 I’m am looking forward to the next samayma to be announced in the US at iii shoonya,BSP,SCK are all tremendous programs and practices. I am just looking to take things to that next level inwardly Ik Samyama will be just that👣🔥🌸
The way you describe it, "inner relaxation", "like sleeping, but not actually", looks similar to shoonya. I have not done Samyama, so I do not know what it is about. Thank you for sharing
As always, thank you so much for sharing your experience. Hope there will be new silence program this winter. Will defenitly say hello if I meet you in Toronto this Sunday ❤
@@hemjoshitv8858 Just so there's no confusion, I just saw Sadhguru's event was canceled this Sunday. I taught I may see you there but it'll be for another time. Anyway, wish you the best Anna
Namaskaram Anna. Did you done samyama meditation for 30 minutes everyday without a miss? Also do you practice minimum 40 min. breath watch every day?? Namaskaram 🙏

Do you have thoughts during that relaxation and are you fully aware that you are not this body, mind and world??
