How I will use dynmo player for AutoCAD only, Because I don't have alignment name , I have only center line that is polyline. Please explain, Civil 3d can not use.

It isnot possible. The signs are pregenerated with another software.

Civil 3d can not use.
Dynamo only works with civil 3d, revit. Autocad standalone doesn't have support for dynamo
