Great video. I have had the "12 Week Year" on my list of books to consider buying for years and this convinced me to get a copy. Granted, your video and template may be all I need.
Hi Donald, appreciate your feedback! I can certainly recommend reading the book though you should have gotten the main messages by watching the video. Enjoy and all the best, Lea
Hi, thanks! As stated on the site, we are currently undergoing some maintenance but try to be online in the next couple of days. Please check agan. Thanks for your understanding, Lea
Hi there, trying to locate the notion template and I cannot seem to find it. I tried to subscribe to the newsletter and it kept reloading the same page.
Hi Adam, that's weird since it should work well. Feel free to reach out via contact@leadavid.com to get on the newsletter and access to the templates. Best, Lea
Hi, I just checked and it should work. First, you need to subscribe to my newsletter and in the confirmation email you receive. Once you have confirmed your subscription, a new browser window with my free templates will open where you can download them. Best, Lea
Amazing explanation. The form does not submit on your website, here is the error message "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." I'd like to experiment with your template.
Planned daunting tasks create an avoidance behavior for me and can cause me to abandon a routine of actions. What do you recommend for that? That main hurdle usually causes me to fizzle out and abandon a structured model of reoccurring checkins and planning of the day or week.
Hi John, tricky question but I see a number of potential solutions here. Just to name a few: 1. Time blocking. Start with a shorter period of time that you might want to increase to work on that task. Once the time is over, do something else. 2. Schedule this time block at the time of the day you are most productive and/or before or after a task you enjoy a lot more. Being in a productive mindset you will find it easier to work on this task. If you schedule it before something you enjoy much more, you can "reward" yourself having finished to work on your task by moving to something you enjoy a lot more. Or if you work on the daunting task after something you enjoy much more you might feel a lot more energized than otherwise. There is no one-fits-all solution so you might want to try those strategies and figure out what works best for you. All the best, Lea
just a query...pls dont mind!...though the plan looks quite good....is there any chance that constant fear of meeting target can make it more exhaustive?....i do understand that over a period of time it can become a habit....can this be practiced on a whiteboard just to start with? and later we can make use of planning tools...but yes this video has indeed again explained the value of planning and the output...thanks a lot!!
Hi! I agree that it certainly takes time to get used to such a granular approach but it will get easier as you form the habit. The challenge is, of course, to set realistic and achievable goals that might still be a stretch so you are not afraid of running behind all the time. And this goes back to trying out and improving over time. Hope this helps, Lea
Really good video thank you! I just came back to the book and now I am highly motivated 😄
Sounds great, Nina 😊

Those trumpets were really distracting to hearing what you were trying to say. They appeared and ended without reason 🎺
