Upper Trancura River - "Stepping Up" - Chile Day 3

Day 2 in Chile was spent doing training & challenge moves back on the Lower Trancura. For day 3 we would be taking a step up to the Upper Tancura with it's Class IV+ rapids. We portaged around Salto de Mariman, a Class V+ rapid according to one source. We ran all the way down to Pucon Kayak Retreat for our take out. Really fun section of river.
