EF: Teaching Task: Zoo Animals “What Noise” Activity Warm up

Warmer Activity for the Zoo Animals Topic:
Activity: “What noise” -Zoo Animal

• Setup: The teacher has a set of animal cards (tiger, elephant, lion, giraffe) & each noice of the animal being held is displayed.
• Interaction: The teacher holds up each individual card with a animal on the card and shows each student the card and allows them time to think about the card and what noise comes from that animal within the zoo.
format - The teacher Hold the card up and on the count of three everyone including the teacher makes the noise that comes from the animal displayed on the card.
• Student Response: The student says the sound of the animal and what noise they hear while at the zoo.
