Teach yourself!!!! I did, out of necessity when I was seventeen years old. I found a gorgeous dress pattern from Woman’s Weekly and I hit the ground running!! I made seven of the dresses, one for every day of the week. That was 60 years ago. Since then I have crocheted my way through one husband (jumpers), 2 children (varied clothing), 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. I have made many beautiful blankets, shawls , socks and snoods to keep myself warm too. These days you have tuition vids, so you have no excuse. I do knit but i always prefer crochet as it is less hassle and more soothing for me!
@@LindaNixon-ws4ge they are so beautiful. Yes, I do mostly because I don't like it when the yarn is almost gone with a centre pull. Plus I can get into a tangle that way as well. Do you prefer centre pulls?
@@RowRowandKades Apologies, my 'question' was rhetorical, with an exclamation mark. I can't see the Highlander on their website anyway. But thank you for replying, appreciated.
@@2learn4ever oh no, I knew the question was rhetorical, no need to apologise. I just didn't want to leave you unanswered. It IS a strange thing that two blankets are shown. It's possibly old print stock they were trying to use up. 🤷🏼♀️😂❤️
Pretty colors! Your crocheting is really doing great! Enjoyed the preview! 💗💗🧶🧶
@@maryruthshanks3742 they're beautiful aren't they. Aww thank you!

@@Timetangle100 aw I love this! I'm really happy I learnt recently. It's opened up much more for me.
Beautiful colors. Do you always take the yarn from the outside of the skein instead of pulling from the inside?
@@LindaNixon-ws4ge they are so beautiful.

Why on earth do they show two designs but only one is available!
@@2learn4ever I have no idea. The other design could be available on their website?
