I purchased this and a few things...
There is an out of place texture on power street bridge that is sticking out of the ground. You can see it pop in on the road at 0:03 on the bottom left of the screen when it transitions from the construction site to the new building
There is a piece of glass on the top left corner of the building that seems out of place. You can see at 0:27
There are floating lights from the old cranes that use to be there. You can see them at night starting at 0:40
The on ramp to the freeway has a orange and white barrier that just clips into the wall. You can see it at 0:43
I do like this and wish to use it but I personally am a bit picky on quality and these things made me remove it from my server.

They deliver shit quality as far as compatibility and details. Every mlo of them has trouble with LOD lights, conflicting ymaps, forgot to remove old crap , etc etc.
