how can u move while aiming with the cannon? did it require other parts or just cheats?

Tank legs have no cannon restrictions. Quad legs can fire cannons as long as they're are on the ground. Only two leg and hover AC's have to kneel. You can see my leg type and movement video for more leg differences.
