Great video appreciate your time and effort, i have a similar problem. I picked up a 2015 PA14 and its in very good condition. My question is on my left rudder side around the tensioner, the pulley that comes off of it, every time i turn the rudder it flops around inside the hull. I have been trying to get a diagram in order to repair it but no luck so far. As you know its hard to work inside the hull and see what should be happening, I would appreciate any info you could provide me. I can send a couple of photos but not sure if it would help you figure out my issue. Thx again for your efforts and camera work. Cliff
@@cliff6490 I’m not sure how those pulleys are attached to the inside of the hull. I know on mine that the pulleys do rotate. I would check and make sure that the line runs through that pulley freely and make sure it’s clearing the foam blocks that are along the sides of the hull. Those lines have to run behind and between the foam blocks in order to work correctly.
It's not a hard repair, it's not easy either. Hope this video helps someone out in the future.
Great job replacing the rudder cables and an easy DIY guide, Brother! Blessings, Rob
Thanks for watching Rob
You did a great job replacing it! Definitely not that easy, but doable! Thanks for sharing my friend!
