Personally, I'm a big fan of green tea. -- With any meat you cook, just let it 'rest' for a few minutes to absorb the juices. You were absolutely right to cook the chicken through. Just a quick Tipp from a housewife: Don't close the lid from your washmaschine. Let it open, so it can dry from the inside and won't smell or get mold :)

If u r doing workout . Pls , do that at least 1.5 hrs after meal . If food is heavy , avoid till 2-3 hours . ❤.. and using too much dryer can cause hairfall . So be careful
