Greetings! I watch and love all of your videos and I now make miso soup every day. It is very calming. I use dashi-flavoured miso paste, nori, green onions and for protein, I use either tofu, clams, mussels or crab. I like to press my tofu to remove the water, cut it into 60g bricks and freeze them so that they will absorb miso broth like sponges after thawed. Fresh mentaiko and tarako is hard to get in Canada and expensive (2500¥ for 100g jar), but we can buy mentaiko-flavoured Kewpie mayonnaise. I think you would like that. LOL

Greetings! I watch and love all of your videos and I now make miso soup every day. It is very calming. I use dashi-flavoured miso paste, nori, green onions and for protein, I use either tofu, clams, mussels or crab. I like to press my tofu to remove the water, cut it into 60g bricks and freeze them so that they will absorb miso broth like sponges after thawed. Fresh mentaiko and tarako is hard to get in Canada and expensive (2500¥ for 100g jar), but we can buy mentaiko-flavoured Kewpie mayonnaise. I think you would like that. LOL
