And the fact that he got the forgiveness and love of all the creatures and beings in the forest including the soil itself
If you listen carefully after the word "watch", he watched everything decomposed and grew into new life, I'm pretty sure that, that actually took a couple of decades if not centuries. The magic sprouted him into a new body, fusing with the magical tree, time such as years might actually flies as a tree. Years are like seconds, so yeah, I wouldnt call that drastic

I have come to the realization in the lore. With the release of the new annie video we find that annie's sister Daisy falls into the river and she dies. In iverns lore, Ivern takes a Pebble from the river to make Daisy out of the stone golem. is it possible that Daisy's spirit was in that pebble and those to stories are entertwined.

personally I don't really think iverns champion seems all that cool or interesting but the lore sure is. Also, I bought skarner just for his lore and it turns out he's my favourite champ so ty Necrit.
I main Jung and yes I skarner a lot... specially since he seems to counter a lot of op jinglers.. plus in late he himself is unstoppable
plus even if your losing he's still a fun champ just to play

I know its years ago but I Just got into the Lore. This is video 40 and the first one to actually make me emotional. So beautiful. Such a contrast with the Shuriman stories or the shadow isles.

I love the idea that it was Ivern that was chosen in the beginning, it's like the forest knew it needed someone that had been cruel and heartless in their old life in order to appreciate the other side of the coin and understand others that are the same way so that he can teach them.
