@@moose6784 Almost any diet with a name is going to be unhealthy and unlikely to succeed, as well as so narrow you're guaranteed to fall off the bandwagon sooner or later and regain any lost weight. Most supplements are simply unnecessary and unlikely to accomplish their promised benefits.

Yeah... and the entire self-help industry. People who sell motivational materials, self-help books, how-to-succeed-as-an-entrepreneur seminars, and stuff like that... are just preying on people's hopes and dreams, while offering nothing of substance or value in return. "I'm just trying to monetize hope!" is a good way to sum it up.

Sad thing is, it should be their friends and family who says those things but most people nowadays are so lonely and isolated that they need to watch motivational videos to get encouragement and pay a therapist to have someone to talk to.
