Great video guys! Cappuccino isn't named after a person! It's named after the colour of the robes worn by Capuchin monks. Capuchin monkeys are also named after said monks! Such a glorious place!

Love this video, brings back memories. I went to Sorrento with Traveleyes. It's a company that organises holidays for blind and partially sighted people. The sighted travellers are paired up with those who cannot see, and they act as guides. It was a lot of fun. We had a coach to ferry us around so someone else did the driving. And we went on the boat to Capri. You sound as excited as I was. It is a lovely place. 🍋🍋🍋 ilona
We stayed at that campsite in a hired campervan travelling from Australia. You didn’t show the scary driveway to get in. Still a fantastic campground though and such a lovely walk to the town. Unfortunately, we were there in September and the weather decided to turn - we spent much of our time hiding out in our van from the pouring rain and the boat trip we had splurged on to Capri and the Amalfi coast was cancelled. I wonder if we will ever get back there?

My grandfather and Uncle both fought in WW2, first in N.Africa, then Italy. My Uncle, who trained at Sandhurst as an officer was awarded the DSO & and MBE for his heroic efforts. My grandfather’s regiment joined up with the famous 8th Army. During the battle of Monte Cassino, on the Winter line, troops froze to death in their long efforts to capture it. It’s hard to believe now seeing this, that all that took place. My granddad always wanted to return to Italy and he did go back under very different circumstances on holiday many years later, not least because he was a Catholic & carried with him a Rosary all through the war and of course went to see the Pope in Rome when it was liberated. One day I hope to visit there. 🙏🏻
Have been to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast and it was amazing, been one of the only places we never hired a car and went on organised coach trips instead, best decision we made, have you noticed all the bashed a dented cars? On your drone shot in the first few minutes of your video the small little harbour in front of you was one of our favourite places to sit, one day we watched a guy do a three point turn on the little jetty, unfortunately he didn’t quite make it and backed off the edge and into the sea, he escaped unhurt but the fascinating thing was watching the fire truck retrieving his car and then also having to get off the jetty, spent a few hours watching this hilarious fiasco, but no one was hurt which was the main thing 😂.
