Just another DIY on how to remove and clean Yamaha YZF r15 V2 | Throttle | injector Body.
Hope this helps the DIYers, process is simple but does take some time. I do it every 15--20000 km and it helps in easy morning start ups and smooth throttle response.

@@farcerides7041 so many people out there on TH-cam, firstly they consume ur starting 1 min with ghatiya sa music, intro n then come to the point.. then ghatiya sa camera angle, ganda sa music, 2 paisa ka gyan jo dusre youtuber se laate h.. kahi bhi kabhi ki kuch aadha chhod k video ko aage badha denge... The main thing u exactly knw wht u r doing.. simple, exact, crisp and point to point.. like 2 or 3 also on TH-cam. I only follow those including u... Dnt wrry bro.. i recommend ur channel to my people.. 👍🙏

Hello brother, though after seeing your video I can't do this stuff in my home(not your fault, Iam just agitated to do this) and the main is that I don't have all the tools you have been mentioning, so should I take my R15 to a near by mechanic and tell him to do all the things which u did(in my supervision), or take my bike to a Yamaha showroom?, hope you read my comment, and suggest me
Go to mechanic the best in the district u have.. give him this throttle cleanser spray bottle and get this all done under your supervision. Tell u why I'm saying this to u Bcoz I had an maternal uncle who passed away 8 months ago. He was deaf and dumb.. My Brother in law gifted him a fossil watch 2 years ago . Unfortunately unknowingly one day he gave that watch to a local clocksmith to change its batteries Bcoz batteries eventually dry.. . Now after all those years my uncle is no more ..I took the watch to a clocksmith and told him to change batteries under my supervision. As he opend the watch and I was there too. He showed me that the watch has a duplicate machinery, the original one has been replaced by duplicate replica . It was shocking but a life lesson to me. Moral: Dunya Madorchod thee, Madorchod hai, Madarchod rahegee. So whatever u plan to do with yr bike do it under yr supervision.

Bilkul bhai. Is pipe mei bahut high pressure mei petrol jata hai, agar thoda bi damage hai to service center se naya leke original hi dalega

Bro can you help me out? I have an issue with my R15 V2 special edition. I buy it second hand and the problem is that... the bike is taking too much fuels and giving black smoke on accelearting.... the mileage it gives is very worst it gives me 10 to 14 KMPL. I changed the spark plug, engine oil and air filter. I also clean the fuel pump and fuel injector but the problems remain same... help me out please!
When you take out the spark plug what color is it and what rating. It should be ngk cr8e or 9e. Gap adjusted at .7 to .8 mm.
Also make sure all connectors are connected properly.
Also when was the valve clearance done last time
भाई मेरे साथ भी ऐसा हो रहा ह. लौ आरपीएम पे black स्मोक नहीं आता,
पर हाई आरपीएम पे फुल Black स्मोक आता है. आउटलेट Valves clearance 0.15mm सेट करके भी देख ली. मुझे तो लगता ह पिस्टन रिंग्स में कोई प्रॉब्लम है, इंजन आयल ज्यादा खाती है और टॉप स्पीड 127 ही पाती है , वो भी एफ्रोट्स के बाद. मतलब टॉप एन्ड पावर मिसिंग है.
@@farcerides7041 Hello bhai, यामाहा के शो रूम से पिस्टन रिंग्स ओरिजिनल गाडी के साथ मिलते हैं, उन जैसी क्वालिटी नहीं मिली, मैंने एक बार चेंज करवाए थे, पर ओरिजिनल थे.

@@Sam-to1zg bhai .15 toh kaafi kam hai. Valve seat aur value dono ka nuksaan hoga. Minimum. 20 hai, readjust ho jaye to sai rahega long life ke liye

Hello bhai. Agar dusty condition mein chala rahe ho to 20-30000 kms.
Agar normal conditions toh, thoda kheech sakte hain. 40000 kms
Sir 10w 40 ke jagah par 15w 50 daal sakte engine oil R15 V3 me ? Btayea aap ?

In how many kms this needs to be cleaned?

Mere pas bhi r15 v2 2016 abhi tak 12000 chali h lekin bahar dhup me 5 10 mn bhi khada kardo to 10 sl lagane ke bad start hoti he subah 10 sl laganeke baad strt hoti he koi ilaj plzzzz kya ilaj he iska battery bhi new dalvai kya hoga problem plz🙏🙏
Ye toh thoda lamba kaam hai, bike saamne ho to aasaan rehta hai problem dhoondna.
Magar pehle spark plug ki condition check kero and adjust karo gap aur replace if needed. next fuel tank mei paani to nai hai na, make sure of that. air filter cleaning, uske baad injector aur throttle body cleaning ka step

Yamaha service people are the worst, whenever i tell them to clean the throttle body and the injector, they will come up with excuses that the throttle body sensor will get damaged, the injector cleaning machine is not working or we only clean if there is a problem. Same thing with the brake pistons, whenever i ask them to clean them they'll say, the piston o rings might get damaged so we don't clean them. Most untrained, kaam chor people are these Yamaha people.
