AAPM&R Resident Physician Council: What Is PM&R?

AAPM&R's Resident Physician Council (RPC) Board invites all residents and medical students to raise awareness for PM&R by answering the question, “What is PM&R?” Contestants should document their answers in a short video (it doesn’t need to be fancy or long!) and submit it to [e-mail]. The winner will be featured at #AAPMR2016 and will receive complimentary tickets to the President’s Reception. Don’t forget to have some fun!

What are the major differences between PT and PM&R?

PT/ physiotherapists are technicians mainly non-doctor person but PM&R physicians are doctor cum leader of the whole team including OP (orthotics-prosthetics )technicians, electrotherapists, physiotherapists & many more
PM&R physicians do diagnosis treatment interventions procedures like other clinical specialities !
