Love this place. I drove up there from Boston with my old college roommate on a whim several years back. I think we remembered seeing it featured in The King of Kong. Had a blast. Would love to take my kids there one day when they’re old enough.
Thank you so much for this. I live in CA, but I plan to make the trip at some point. Also, thanks for they Xybots call out. That game deserves more love. Great two player game with a 100% unique and intuitive control system.
A magnificent collection of Arcade Awesomeness. It was actually great to see so many people there and experiencing that. I am a child of the 80's and am so thankful I was there when it happened. I will never forget the sounds, smells and sensory overload of walking into those arcades with all the quarters I could scrounge. Back in a time before cell phones and the internet. Places like Fun Spot have preserved a little bit of that for new generations, So many of those games are timeless and will draw each new generation to them. Truly Awesome. I presently have seventeen classic arcade machines in my home. I love to hunt them, fix them, and bring them back to their original glory. Thanks for the video Tim.
Awesome place, I live in Spain, and my wife had to change her planned roadtrip through new England to have a two day stop in Weirs Beach, didn't leave the place 😅😅
Hey Tim mate I know this may be stretch but thought id ask I came across your channel with regards to the outrun steering mech and realized you 3d printed the gears and bumper stop, Ive been doing some homework as I need a set and stop for a resto im going to start on. I tracked a set of 3d gear files off thingiverse and was hoping A) if you comfortable to confirm that's you model/measurements you worked off and B) Ive had no luck on tracking a measurements for the stop and wondering if you could help a brother out and let me know how and where i can track down a file so I can get all these guys printed up locally down here. Lastly did you have to stick the "metal support sleeve" off the original gears back into the new ones or the new gears on the file measure the total diameter inc sleeve of the old gears (so there's no need for the sleeve), mate if you read this and can help out super appreciative! Cheers Franky

Visited today while on vacation. Brilliant place. I enjoyed playing many classic games from the 1980s.

Badass, Tim. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome, thank you!
Thank you for posting this walk-thru.
Hi Tim, yes the Thief does use a cassette but many people have opted for the MP3 upgrades. Fantastic video by the way!
Great arcade set up man, I could spend a whole day there

Cool spin round that Tim, nice that you still have to put money into the machines, be interesting to know which ones do best
that "flower" cabinet is the only one in existence
Played it the other day....fun game, disappointing that it has a 4-way joystick instead of an 8 way. Who knew evil flowers would be in space...?

What kind of swag do they have in their souvenir shop? Anything interesting or was it all bouncy balls & plastic spider rings?
The one by the mini golf had classic shirts, cups, etc. The ticket redemption had bouncy balls, spider rings, fun spot cups with candy.
