I got one , I live in Texas . I bet they got my number from the California voters rolls when I lived in California 6 years ago. Since California doesn’t remove people from the rolls , they get it from the voting list since it’s posted outside of the polling locations
They were idiot scammers because they didn't make the link a hyperlink, so there wasn't a way to click through to their scam. Besides, Fastrak sends snail mail with a picture of your plate if you have a violation.
