As an amateur astronomer, I use Opticron porro prism binoculars to compliment my telescope. Opticron binoculars are really high quality. Quality of construction is very good indeed & the performance is outstanding. The images are so clear and bright when I use them to sweep across the skies at night and the wide fields of view in my 7x42 & 10x50 Imagic bins give stunning views of the stars in the Milky Way. Opticron are a British company and the claim binoculars are made in Japan. (Not China).
my 10x42 countryman hd's are razor sharp ..sadly they fog up if i hand hold them without gloves . opticron return policy after reading small print .. makes out theyre in no way responsible for defects . and will fix them if you sign a waver ? so your affectively admitting you mistreated the binoculars , IM not about to do that .. its a fault of the manufacturers .. i have full frame nikon d850's and fast expensive lenses .. i treat my gear the same .none of my nikons fog up internally from being hand held on cold days !

David a few times you used the expression, "these ones". It's these! Not these ones. They're binoculars not ones!
