Is the Giulia Quadrifoglio better than the M3 and C63? Does it look the part?
For me it was. Tested the M3 and it was a bit of a let down to be honest. My friend has a C63s estate and I must say that is a lovely car to but till this moment nothing is giving me the same feeling the quadrifoglio does.
I am very interested in trying the new M3 which I actually think looks good despite the new front end design but the QV was great fun to drive and it was a shame I didn’t get the chance to really stretch its legs due to the weather.
@Rico Wong i assume you are referring to the new M3 but that's not out yet. I think it'll be faster this time but not sure it'll be as much fun. I will drive it when the time is there so I'm curious myself.
I think the first demo new M3 models will arrive around March. My RS3 will be 3 years in February so it is time to change it...

2018 Alfas had adaptive cruise...2020s started getting autonomous driving level 2
And now they have that tech it brings it up to the level of the M3 and C63 - the only place lacking is still that display. It is not as bright or high resolution and looks very odd to me but that wouldn't put me off.

It has all the features you could want and it drives amazing and I think ultimately the driving experience and the engine will make up for the slightly dated interior in terms of screen size and analogue dials. But some people love that more.

That Verde Montreal color looks amazing even in pictures/videos. How does it look in person?
I love it! The car definitely looks better in bright colours as it shows off the design and contrast carbon fibre parts.

It is - but I have to say this week I’ve been driving a Genesis G70 saloon and it had a lot in common in terms of design with the Alfa - but it doesn’t have the performance!
Love this car if I won the lotto I’d buy loving my rwd Lexus GS 450h though.

@@TechInTheCar to me my Lexus IS poor mans Japanese version of la Ferrari the cars very jeckle and hide in a good way. My Prev car was a money pit Audi A4 2.0tfsi no more Germans for me.

Will there be a new model Quadrifoglio at some stage?
I hope there will be a brand new redesigned model but I wouldn’t expect it before 2022 even if they announced it this year.
Sorry, but the 2021 / 2022 models don't have a CF roof anymore (except for the exposed option) The regular painted one is not CF.
This was investigated and confirmed on Giuliaforums and Alfa decided to not let anyone know about this.
That is annoying they didn’t tell anyone!
Your wrong mate ,i have a 2021 QF and it has a carbon fibre roof?
@@Gazza-zg2tr If it's not exposed CF, it's not carbon unfortunately.
How has the reliability been for the Giulia?
I don't own a Giulia so I don't have first had knowledge. I would recommend having a look on Alfa Romeo forums to find other owners. The one thing I would add is that all new cars have warranties so if there were any problems then it would be covered.
Was the roof body coloured or carbon?
It was body coloured although I am sure it is hard to be sure looking at the video because of the colour of the car and the weather. The roof was previously carbon regardless.
@@TechInTheCar apparently it’s not carbon if it’s body coloured on MY20 models.
It’s now an option only (non painted) for £1950, as standard you get an aluminium roof.
That’s an interesting change; I can’t see it anywhere on the Alfa site. I think this car looks best with a bright paint scheme and a carbon roof.
@@TechInTheCar well in the konfigurator they don´t mention the carbon roof anymore. maybe the just forgot to mention.. i wrote a mail to alfa in milano today to have some facts about that. i will tell...

2021 comes with ofp/gpf Petrol particulate filter? 2020 does not.
The new model does have the new emissions filters.
@@TechInTheCar Are you sure? Not to disrespect you, but you were wrong about other facts too. EU regulations require GPF on direct injection engines, that's why they modified the direct injection to combined port and direct injection...
barf on the interior its 2021 lmao.
Whilst the interior is missing a massive touchscreen or virtual dashboard it still has all the features you could want and lots of carbon and alcantara everywhere! check out my infotainment video if you haven’t but I too hope the 2022 model has an all new interior like the concept models that Alfa showed off recently.
