You just made it so a bunch of different keys will unlock that lock. Any key with groves between your key and the original key will open that lock now. Not to mention how much easier it will be to pick. Not that wafer locks are that hard to begin with. Also there was absolutely no reason to take the ring off the top of the lock. That did nothing to help remove the cylinder. I truly hope anyone who watched this video was smart enough to watch more than one video. If not & they blindly followed your guidance, they have ruined the integrity of their lock. NEVER file the wafers/tumblers always replace or reposition them. Seven times out of ten u can take the wafers out & reorder/reposition them to match your key. That way ONLY your key will open the lock. If you can't reuse the wafers in your lock, then I can pretty much guarantee everyone has an old filing cabinet or desk or locking movie cabinet or just something with a wafer lock on it that they don't use anymore. They can take that lock, take it apart, just like they plan on doing to the toolbox lock, & interchange the wafers to make their key work. Filing down the wafers is just a HORRIBLE idea.
