Looks a really lovely place to get away to if your from London, especially if it isn’t too far outside 😊 plus it’s always relaxing being by water. Nice explore

Good video, I remember when watermead was getting built and the old ski slope is the dirt from when they dug out the lake.It had a carvery when it first opened and a fully functional dry ski slope and jet ski- ing plus canoes you could rent out.

That sounds amazing having a ski slope at Watermead Lake. What a shame so many changes. We still found this a very pleasant environment to explore and obviously popular with boat enthusiasts. Thanks for comments.

What a lovely place Shanita, with some very swanky properties. I liked the model boats too. The white flower is called white dead-nettle, which is a close relative of the stinging nettle. It doesn't sting though 🙂. Bye for now, Chris

Hi Chris. Thanks for the updating on the type of white flower we saw on route of walks. Those properties did look upmarket. I know only a short easy walk from holidays, but does make a change from mountains and hills, - at least for a while. Michael itching though to get back to climbing hills again !!😇even though he does struggle a bit more now.😇👨‍🦯🥾

That was a very pleasant park Shanita. I don't know Aylesbury, but used to occasionally travel down that way for work a while back as one of our contractors was based in Padbury, a village between Aylesbury and Buckingham. Those model power boats were something weren't they. I thought "Tomorrow Never Comes" was a lovely score, especially with your use of diminished chords, great piece of music. All the best 👍

Lovely to read your comments Patrick. Your support is much appreciated. Interesting you are familiar with Aylesbury through your work. Yes it was unexpected seeing that model boat built by one of the sailing members. Again very encouraging to read feedback on music composition. Thanks again.🙂👍

A walk down millionaires row, don't think I could afford the front door. Like the tree with a face on it. Have you noticed you can get more cups from one tea bag with hard water. They sell nettle drinks at a shop in Heysham. What a great place with so much going on around the lake, I wonder if the bandstand gets used, they seem to be disappearing from the parks, such a shame. I discovered that the bandstand in our old park in Chorlton is now at the Crich Tramway Museum, Matlock.

No I hadn't noticed getting more cups of tea from one tea bag with hard water! or selling nettle drinks at Heysham. A long way to go though! That's interesting about Crich Tramway Museum Matlock. But you are right bandstands in use seem to be a thing of the past. I do enjoy our chats though. Thanks Steve.
