- This game is pretty cool, it's called "Super Smash Flash 2" and it was made by McLeodGaming . It's kind of a mix between Super Smash Bros Brawl and Super Smash Bros Ultimate (from what I played so far). Of course I love Final Smashes so I just had to show off All Characters Final Smashes in Super Smash Flash 2!

This is my favorite Smash fan game. It got characters that I always wanted from the start that you knew wouldn't be possible for Sakurai and it was just such a fun experience.

@@Wabbit_Guy Imo, I call this, in a way, a "clone". And I can't really call myself a smash fan when I don't have the game. Ssf2 was/is my Smash 4/Ultimate.

This game has actually been out for almost a decade or so. I should know, I played it in elementary school. I’m a uni freshman now. What you’re playing now is the beta. Which has been around for 4 years now. It’s a great game and it keeps getting updated. Glad to see you discover it.

It's why I didn't want Sora in Smash. I love Kingdom Hearts but my fears with there being 0 Disney content and a lackluster moveset came true. Should've just went with Rucksack if they weren't gonna put Disney in.

I would have preferred a more honest title on this one. SSF2 is well respected and has a long history in its own right; it's much more than just a 2D version of Smash. Anyways, thanks for this showcase! :)
I decided not to use a normal title as TH-cam might not recommend it.

It's a long dedicated project that existed back before Brawl was even made! (That's why most veterans have moves/aesthetics that resemble themselves Melee/Brawl)

Smash flash 2 is such a great game. I remember first playing online and had me as meta Knight vs another meta knight. First thing we both did was the neutral taunt then they disconnected.

ssf2 is the game that got me into smash and i still play it every single day
I hope in the final release they change most of these Final Smashes to the Ultimate version, and make the backgrounds change when activating one.

I guess because technically the DK that throwed the barrels from the building was the original DK (now Cranky Kong).

I believe you should try other games like Super Smash Bros. Crusade and Super Smash Bros. CMC as well. This last one is a Modpack of the actual game with a lot of additions to the game. A lot of characters with also new stages, as well as new features like an Arcade mode, Challenges, as well as Character unlocks.
When its 2022 theres a end of life of flash player so its so possible to play Super smash flash 2
OMG SSF2 really changed a lot since the end of flash!
I really don't like these final smashes. But the game is still fun to pick up from time to time. But I really hope they improve final smashes. BUT, they nailed Goku's and sandbags are just great, but I feel like the sequence where he pulls out the bat takes too long.

Actually, SSF2 had it's first release in 2007! I remember finding it all the way back then as I was super into Smash Flash 1! (There used to be flash cartoons on their site back then too!)

They kept a lot of the old ones which are more creative but still suck. But I see why, Cinematics are really hard to make, especially if it was a 2D game. Take Browser and Pit, Browser goes into the background and punches, you and Pit's literally changes the 3D Camera angle. You can't really do them all in here. But they could have tried Like Zelda's was definitely changeable.
I really wish there'd update most of these to the newer version and make the backgrounds change like the Ultimate versions.
considering how hard to do anything without millions of dollars i dont blame them keeping old final smashes after so much effort, if it aint broke dont fix. I do agree the old darkening background has to go since this isn’t like brawl now.

Oh god, they still use Zero Suits old Final Smash? I know it's probably hard to make her new one because it's using 3D, but they could make something better than this.
It's actually a reference to Crystal Flash from Super Metroid, and it heals a good amount of damage

I really do like how Pyra/Mythra and Kazuya's Final Smash basically made an influence to the change for Ichigo's Mugetsu Final Smash, the Buff it needed to properly land the hit.
Are you saying that after Pythra and Kazuya were released they changed how Ichigo's FS works? Just asking
@@luisgarcia1337 In a way, yes. Ichigo's use to have a terrible start up , making it fairly easy to avoid, but the updated version cuts to a cinematic meaning all characters can't move till he attacks. Unlike Pyra/Mythra and Kazuya's FS, you don't need to land a hit to start it up.
@@LucarioShirona Oh yeah, I forgot that the cinematic was added recently. Either way, Ichigo's FS just kills you if it connects since almost every FS in SSF2 has really good knockback.

heres some helpfull facts about this game:
1. to unlock sandbag you need to play the story game of this game as random (it doesnt work when you get chibi robo for some reason)
2. pichu in this game is better because you can acually regenerate hp by sleeping(holding down crouch) possibly not that useful but atleast better than nothing
3. if you use black mage's taunt when metal he will play final fantasy victory theme's rock version
