These are great for beginners! (I'm a beginner)
I used up my last two (store purchased) Copper Johns on the water today.
I looked into my cigar box full of materials and... I have exactly what I need to make some.

Tying with copper is my favorite. I use old Mustad hooks I have had around for 30 years. This is a great fly any water anytime.
