You should retitle this video to "bad installation" instead of just "bad" because by just saying "bad" you are implying the TV itself is bad. Here in the states we don't even get installation included. It's just a drop off service and you have to install it yourself. If you want it installed, you have to pay an additional setup fee to have the retailer install it for you (this is not something the manufacturer provides). So the fact that you guys even get free installation at all is amazing. This whole video was about your negative INSTALLATION experience. As such, this should be reflected in the title as you are implying that the TV is "bad".

By States if u mean US, then it's bizarre comparison. At first, installation is promised as part of purchase so no questions here, these kind of situation can give glimpse of company's poor after sales service. Quality control in US is probably way higher compared to India, here companies get away doing lots of shady stuff, like last year there've been reports of QLED scams where they sold regular LEDs with QLED branding.
If we make an installation on our own .. when you claim warranty they don't accept it as u have not installed with professional people.
Iam having very bad experience with Hisense tv. Just as you said in the video I received complaint request cancelled messages without even mentioning the reason. After 4-5 follow-ups service person will come and he will not solve the problem. Issue remains same. In my tv I can’t screencast, Netflix not working, Amazon prime video only SD quality is coming
Why do you even need someone to install a TV? I don't get it sorry.
Plug the power supply, plug the HDMI, tweek the settings and you're done, right? :)
Is the TV itself good? That is what we want to know. You're complaining about the service no the product itself. The title is misleading
I just bought a 100" hisense, love it!
In India, you don't know what you get once you open the box, and we can't say if any damage happened during transit, so it's recommended by Amazon and other sellers to have authorized people to unbox it, same thing happens with large appliances bought in offline stores, well you can probably still claim things under warranty if you unboxed it, but it will be a hassle and you won't get an instant replacement

But after your video and ever several other negative feedback. I am dropping my plan and stick back to LG Smart TV, though little expense than HiSense but I do not want peaceful service. 😄😁

we do get warranty , but might not get it if we have a damaged unit when we open it.
@@Greedytech if you make an unboxing video and send it to Amazon they will replace it no questions asked.
To be perfectly honest I feel you should have opened it and installed it yourself. This whole thing seems unnecessary

@@vishalkumarchoudhary8497 they are both more expensive and don’t offer more tbh especially Samsung charges more for nothing and is extremely popular for having the worst reliability among an ocean of issues as for Sony the price is a big issue
Very bad tv ...dont buy ...service verybad...disply beading is normal problums ...company refuse the warranty ..they saying this is normal ...unsatisfied customer
Pls don't buy this tv ...no customer support very bad build quality ...these all paid promotions...I buy 65 inch same model after 10 days use disply showing some vertical lines ....still contacting customercare ..no one visit ..some one plan to buy new tv go to buy some top brand like sony samsung lg ....
