इतना tough process बनाया हुआ है कि एक घंटा तो formalities fill-up करने में ही लग जाता है। सीधे doctor से connect करके भी तो ये सब चीज बताई जा सकती हैं की कौन सी medicine चल रही है , कितने mg की चल रही है , कब से चल रही है etc.,etc. । पता नहीं government किन फालतू लोगों की सलाह पर काम करती है कि एक अच्छा काम भी बेकार हो जाता है ।
