Siemens NX Sheet Metal: Convert to Sheet Metal updates in NX12

I am new Nx and I am missing the step you did before the video. On my non-sheet metal part, the "convert to sheet metal" button is not present.
How do I switch from the regular model interface to the sheet metal interface?

Application > sheet metal. Or ctrl+shift+m
