I could attempt 94 questions in 4 hours, I couldn't even read rest 6 questions so I marked option B for them(I had to take 15 minutes break, as I was not feeling well.). For me risk foundation (book 1) was difficult. I couldn't solve theoretical questions properly in that part. For me difficulty level easy to moderate.
Intuitively, I was convinced that Foundations of Risk Management (and overall theory) could be referred as "easy". I'm currently studying for FRM1 and I found the Valuation & Risk Models Book challenging, not because concepts are strange to me but the computation of, for example, Expected Shortfall in a HP 12C seems very time consuming.
Hello.. I am a CA final student. I have also done my B.com. I have no job experience except my CA articleship. Is it advisable for me to choose frm course ?
This is absolutely helpful. Thank you very much for this Video. I was just waiting koi working person experience share kre, & that guy immediately did. After seeing this I hav question is 5 & 1/2 mon. sufficient time to prepare P1 for working person ??? I am going for July 21 Exam.
when one clears frm part 1 and 2 , he needs to give 2 years experience to be a frm chartered. i have a doubt . i am in a public sector bank ,officer, 5 years experience . retail banking and credit management experience. and i have filled frm this year . i know i can fill frm but what is confusing is does my experience counts to be frm certified after i clear both the parts or i need to be specifically into risk management dept. for 2 years to make it count ?
Most probably yes...because it says risk related or equivalent experience. I work in fintech company, and few of my colleagues got frm charter. Though our work profile is not strictly risk related.
hello Sir I have done my PGDM Finance And I am planning to Purse FRM So I want to ask sir that I am not at good in maths so it will increase my difficulty level of FRM If I am not have maths background
Hope my reply will help you because I also had same concern, "Yes, you can go for it they are not purely focused on Maths and with the good practice you can over come this".
I don't think so, it will be really exhausting. Timings for FRM 1 was 8 to 12. And part 2 was conducted in afternoon session from 2 to 5. It's not humanly possible. Moreover, if you fail to clear part 1(which is very likely, considering amount of syllabus you need to cover if you attempt both levels) 2nd part won't be checked.
I did the exam in November (failed unfortunately). One thing I found is the number of theory questions were much more than I expected and more than what was given in the mock exams (70 / 30). Since there is so much to study in calculations missed out on the theory part which proved costly.

Does consultant role counts as an experience to be a part of FRM?
We will recommend you to check with GARP as consultant is a very generic term

difficult to predict

I agree, that seems to be the trend
Which country are you based in?
@@onkarpatil5490 Bahrain
What share theory questions had in you actual exam then, can you tell please?
What is the expected cut-off?
difficult to predict , but in my opinion most of the candidates found paper easy , so cut off can go up
Can you tell us the range
Like 65-70 something like that
Please
Good
