This is amazing attention to detail. Love this channel. I've been to Japan twice, once for 2 months in Tokyo, and another time for 2 weeks, and suggest the food is some of the best in the world. However, as I was travelling for business, this type of restaurant escaped me and would love to travel again simply for such great dishes, and to meet the people that make them. The Japanese culture is special and appreciate.
