My spiritual journey began on the street in St Petersburg FL. Started late in life to get my life right. But that time on the street really changed my life, and today I'm 6 years clean and doing well. Peace and blessings to all.

I really like you man. I am 72 years old and have lost my curiosity and interest somewhere on the path a while back. I am trying to find it similar to the way the guy who lost his marbles in Peter Pan is looking for his marbles. Your video has given me a bit of hope. I am trying to live in the domains of Desire and Intention, the beginning of Creation. A child of the 60s, i spend to much time looking back at the Spiritual Revolution that happened then. I need to let go and find a new beginning and new frontiers. I have a book of poetry published and a 2nd ready to put together. So, perhaps that is where my interest has retreated, into some dark cave. Rambling here, but thank you. i have subscribed.

All the spiritual practices and concepts can seem overwhelming at times so I love being able to have this triangle reference for the three C's! If I'm feeling low, misaligned and disconnected I can ask myself which C is not being nourished or practiced. Thank you for simplifying such important concepts into something that both my mind and heart can understand.
