- We gave a tour of the new 'old house' to one of Mohit childhood best friend to gather his expert opinion and show him some unexplored (and quite particular) area of our new home.

The house is pretty good, the paint and some fixture changes will be making it livable for the amount of time you are looking for. The plan of the house seems odd. The living room is way inside the house. Maybe break a wall and put glass or window. Definitely cut the grass. Also, upgrade the light bulbs to LED, brighter and less energy. Seems like you need to use lights in some of the rooms during the day so big french windows will definitely be helpful in letting in light. The attic room also you can paint it egg shell white and make it office, get rid of the bed and the drawer.
Please leave space for a small kitchen farm , these type of things gives lots of positive energy . Congrats 🎊

There might have been a balcony this is why the door is on top of the bottom roof. Might have changed the roof and removed the balcony. Need to remove all the old carpets for cleaner environment.

Old is gold 👍, actually it better then most of new houses 🏠. Why do you want to get rid of this house. Just renovate and start using it. If you really need more space then you can build more later.
The top attic area which was shown, all portions can be removed and it will become one big hall and two sunroof with glass given and some railing in the emergency exit to give it a balcony feel. It will be a very nice ,cozy and good place to have home office for either of you.
Before moving in arrange some Puja or some ritual from the local mandir or church.
The fact that since thier purchase they have not lived here for one day makes it clear that the structure is not welcoming , even Sunny had came but they went back . Please research on history of this place and stay safe

5:47 looks like a door we see in some crime/thriller/suspense or horror movies. The true show of this door will be felt in the night with that jungle around this house.
I think for most of rooms are not ventilated and natural light source is very low. Such houses have negative energy.Unless you renovated, it was not suitable to live family. It was my personal opinion, don't think otherwise.

Its kinda feel spooky but i think all these hidden places are escape rooms for safety most of the old residential buildings are like this in US and Canada..i lived in basement of an old house when i came to US it was spooky but comfortable also. Never had any problem or negativity..in-fact i liked the classic leather walls and old furniture. Soon I’ll build my house and i will make sure i have one vintage style room and little spooky space.
