Wow this is AMAZING! You're doing something great by sharing & helping the vendors stay! 👏✨💖 My favorite part of the tour (structure wise) is the main entrance with the tiny tile flooring, wood molding & light fixture! 😍
I looooove this video! I kept yelling ohhh get that, stop get that! 😂Thanks for sharing so much historical information. I love hearing about the history of architecture. It’s so fascinating. I would have been in there for hours shopping. I can’t pick a favorite part because I loved all of it. I have so many things I collect & I keep a thrift list on my phone. You mentioned that you also keep a wish list of what you are searching for. It helps because I get so overwhelmed when I walk in. Sometimes it’s smart to tell the store owner done of the things you are searching for & most times they point you in a corner which saves some time digging. But the fun is hunting for treasures. Thanks for such a well planned video. I would love to see more visits to shops. Happy Thrifting! 💃🏻💕🛍️🌈
That is an amazing place that I would love to visit! Hopefully the developers will meet too many roadblocks. It’s horrible that greed wants to eradicate history. Thanks for the tour and bringing awareness to the situation!😊
I actually saw a piece of Sligh furniture on my local (Chicago suburbs) FB marketplace a few days ago and thought to myself that I'd never heard of that maker. Now it comes full circle!
Years ago, I did have a vendor booth there. It's just an awesome, authentic shopping experience for antiques and collectibles!! Thanks for sharing the history!! I needto check it out again :)

Thank you for taking us! Grand Rapids is now on my list of places to go antiquing. I so hope these antique shops can be preserved!

That was cool and yes I will plan to visit.
Oh yay that’s wonderful, Denise! ☺️❤️
Wish there were ways to purchase online as well for folks that aren't local to the area. I would hate to see this treasure trove disappear. 💔
Have shopped these stores for years! I’ll be very sorry to see them go….
Let me know what your favorite part of the tour was! I hope you can visit the Sligh Building and do some antiquing 😄
